Buying an aircon in Singapore used to mean haggling and guessing. So Vernon and Darrell built a configurator with one published price. It grew to $1M, then they closed it to fix a bigger problem: renovation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything about aircon sizing or finishes before I start?
No. That's the part we handle, not you. Tell us your flat type and how your family lives, and we build the scope. You don't need to become an expert to avoid getting overcharged.
Do you have a showroom?
No physical showroom. Our office is at 19 Burn Road, #10-02 Advance Building, Singapore 369974. We keep overheads low rather than build a shopfront into your price. Instead: a free aircon site survey, the full catalogue online, and a real person on WhatsApp whenever you need one.
How will I know what renovation costs?
We publish prices by workscope, flat type and tier. The price you see is the price you start with. Changes found at the site check are shown and approved by you before that scope starts.
What happens if a contractor fails or disappears?
We agree the exact scope and spec with you upfront, so there's nothing to argue about later. For a full renovation with a vetted Almond ID partner: If the partner team on your renovation doesn't turn up, abandons the job part-way or becomes insolvent, Almond brings in another vetted team to finish the agreed scope, at our cost. If finished work doesn't match the agreed spec, that's handled under the workmanship warranty and defects process.
How do payments work?
Renovation: Payment is per job scope: for each scope, 50% before that scope starts and 50% after that scope's joint handover check against the agreed scope. Snags found later are fixed under warranty. Appliances: order at checkout. Pay securely at checkout by card or PayNow. Services: book on the website or in the Almond app.
Can I use Climate Vouchers for aircon?
For aircon, NEA's criteria cover 5-tick models. Models tagged "Climate Voucher eligible" meet NEA's criteria. Use your Climate Vouchers with Almond on them.
What comes with an aircon installation?
Every install includes FREE 2 installation trips (worth $200), a free Armaflex Shield insulation upgrade (worth $100 per unit) and a 2-year workmanship warranty. One price is the price, no add-ons.
How do I get help after I order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll sort out any issue, including warranty claims.
